Personal Training -

Merrit offers individualized, 60-minute workout sessions. Her experience ranges from seniors to recreational athletes and everyone in-between. As a hybrid athlete herself, Merrit is well versed in hypertrophy, strength, strength endurance, and endurance training.

Personal Training Sessions are available in Carpinteria and Santa Barbara.

Dynamic Training -

Dynamic Training is personalized workouts in a small group setting. Get individualized attention while building community!

While one-on-one personal training sessions are available, many members find greater value in Merrit’s unique, Dynamic Training approach.

In this format, members continue with their personalized workout programs while sharing their trainer with a small group, fostering both community and individualized attention without breaking the bank. Additionally, Dynamic Training allows members greater flexibility with their schedule as we know life is busy!

Merrit’s Dynamic Training method caters to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including high school, recreational and collegiate athletes, experienced exercisers seeking new challenges, and seniors aiming to maintain strength and mobility for daily life.

Merrit is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist with over 10 years of personal training experience. With a strong foundation in athletics and a passion for outdoor activities, she has cultivated an active, balanced lifestyle with her clients, recognizing that true fulfillment extends beyond the gym.

Additionally, Merrit has not only trained herself during her prenatal journey, but many other women during and after pregnancy. With Merrit by your side, you can feel at ease maintaining your fitness while growing your little one safetly.
